Training Project Cycle Management for Emergency & Recovery Context

 

The Oxfam JMK Joint Response to Central Sulawesi Tsunami and earthquake is a high profile project to address the needs of most affected people in the most affected area suffered by the 2018 earthquake & Tsunami in Central Sulawesi. One of the project objective is to build the capacity of Oxfam staff and local organisation partners, in order to reach a quality and accountable emergency and recovery project.

TSB expert had been selected to design and facilitated a four days training on the Emergency Response Project Cycle Management (PCM). Training had successfully given understanding to 22 participants on PCM concept followed by practical and realistic action plan which reflected PCM into implementation of; Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Livelihood, Gender & Protection, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability & Learning, Media & Communication, and HR, Finance, Logistic.
