Therefore, the specific standardization should be applied\nto fulfil the availability and sustainability of these basic needs both for\nemployees and for the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet the commitment on WASH, Merck\nrequested TSB to support the management team to understand the importance of WASH\nPledge, the global standard for water, sanitation, and hygiene for the\nworkplace. TSB assisted the team in utilizing the WASH Pledge assessment tools\ninternally in PT Merck premise.
