Therefore, the specific standardization should be applied to fulfil the availability and sustainability of these basic needs both for employees and for the company.
To meet the commitment on WASH, Merck requested TSB to support the management team to understand the importance of WASH Pledge, the global standard for water, sanitation, and hygiene for the workplace. TSB assisted the team in utilizing the WASH Pledge assessment tools internally in PT Merck premise. TSB helped to analyze the WASH Pledge assessment findings to be used for management decision making.
