Responding to the Covid-19 pandemic and the New Normal, Hero conducts various measures to mitigate and prevent the spread of Covid-19 in their premises, including establishing the internal procedures, puts additional resources, follows the government regulations, etc. Hero strives to make the shopping activities in all Hero Group stores are safe, hygienic and guaranteed manner for the employees and the visitors.
To assess the implementation of internal procedures and examines the existing strategy to prevent the spread of Covid-19, HERO commissioned TSB to conduct field assessment in three Hero premises, analysis the findings and provides recommendation for any necessary improvement plan. TSB has completed the assessment report, data analysis, and provide a list of recommendation for the improvement plan.
