Development IFRC Regional proposal to ECHO HIP for South-East Asia, January 2017

The IFRC is the world’s largest humanitarian organization (www.ifrc.org/en/who-we-are), assisting without discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.

In 2017, IFRC desired to submit a program proposal to the DG-ECHO (Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations) for a program namely Building Regional Capacity & Collaboration for Community Resilience in Southeast Asia, Reducing the Impact of Disasters on Vulnerable Communities (C3R).

IFRC contracted TSB to support proposal development. The draft proposal approved by the IFRC Regional team and followed by submission to the DG-ECHO under the ECHO e-single Form.
